Vou postar aqui uma musica da minha adolescência que o random do meu Media Player me relembrou ontém.
Como todo o adolescente que se quer chamar adolescente, tinha os meus momentos existencialistas e os meus momentos "me against the world". Esta era uma musica que eu ouvia quando sentia os dois ao mesmo tempo, o que normalmente queria dizer que, passo o aportuguesamento, a merda tinha batido na ventoinha!
A musica foi escrita pelo Eddie Vedder e Neil Young, numa colaboração entre projectos. Ao contrário do que se possa pensar, Id não é Identification, mas sim Id de acordo com a teoria Freudiana (The id is the unconscious part of the human mind that is the center of controlling all unknown pleasures or desires de acordo com a WikiPedia).
O que dizer sobre a actuação? O Eddie tem uma voz que rasga tudo, o instrumental é perfeito e a letra potente (o Eddie é um senhor poeta).

O q dizer sobre PJ!?!? A única banda que sigo religiosamente dd dos meus early teens e da qual nunca me canso por mais que ouça!!
E cada actuação é mais fantástica que a outra :)
Lembro-me muito bem de comprar o mirrorball do neil young e trazer o 'Merkin ball EP' como brinde. Tinha lá esta música e a 'Long Road'. Ouvi isto vezes sem conta, em repeat a cantar aos altos berros e a aldrabar a letra (até hoje pensava que era "my legs are shaking"), mas nunca tinha ouvido ao vivo. Ah, é verdade... obrigado Ricardo. Satisfeitinho?:p
Grande música sim senhor...e grande banda sobretudo! Fui intimada a escrever qq coisa portanto vou-te dizer que és um bom amigo (ainda que mais virtual...) mas uma boa companhia, com ideias diferentes das minhas mas que por vezes me fazem pensar... ;)
