I had my doubts, but the movie is actually quite decent... the plot has some interesting points for sci-fi lovers like me, and the special fx are very good. I watched the 3D version (first 3D movie I've seen) and it makes it more real :) I recommend that you go see it BUT go for the 3D version! :)
I really liked the ecological message underlying the movie.
